D's 7 Services, Inc. is a satisfaction based janitorial service founded by Donald D. Newt because he was "tired of cleaning up after his employer's janitorial service". As a result he created a service company with a corporate culture based on "the lost art of taking pride in a job well done". His precise and demanding standards were instilled in him at a very early age and these standards are extended into the selection and training process of his associates. "If I feel that mama would wake me up in the middle of the night to redo a job that one of our associate says has been completed, then the job is not done".
